The Colombian singer J Balvin used his Instagram account to respond to René Pérez, but not with words, but with two funny images.
The fight continues. Residente came out to the front this past Wednesday to answer J Balvin after his request to boycott the next edition of the Latin Grammy 2021 . The Puerto Rican singer mocked his Colombian counterpart and made a singular comparison of their music to a hot dog cart.
“Your music is like a hot dog cart, which many people may like, but when those people want to eat well, they go to a restaurant and that restaurant is the one that earns Michelin stars,” he said.
Well, after a few hours, J Balvin responded to this video posted by René Pérez , but not with words, but with a hilarious post on his Instagram account . The interpreter of “Agua” uploaded two funny images to said platform next to, precisely, a hot dog cart and promoting his new song with Daddy Yankee.
“Sal y perrea Remix today 6 pm”, wrote the singer next to the two snapshots and with an emoji of the much-talked about hot dog. Immediately, the artist’s publication exceeded 200,000 likes and hundreds of other comments from his fans who supported him in this fight with Residente.
It should be noted that despite responding with this post, J Balvin eliminated the tuis where he asked the most important exponents of reggaeton not to attend the Latin Grammy 2021. Likewise, Residente did the same with his published video, although it generated that artists such as Don Omar or Christian Nodal made a reply to their criticism against the Colombian.
